ConfigurationsPreferences have been replaced with Configurations. To set your preferences, edit the various configurations that are now available (NeuroMatic > Configs > Edit). Configuration variables, strings and waves are displayed/edited in tables. Once you have finished editing your configurations, save them (NeuroMatic > Configs > Save). Configurations are saved to disk as a NM binary file “.nmb” (Igor 4 users) or an Igor binary file “.pxp” (Igor 5 users). If you save them within NeuroMatic’s folder (default option), your configurations will automatically be loaded upon starting Igor/NeuroMatic. If you save them elsewhere, you can load configurations at any time using the menu option (NeuroMatic > Configs > Open). You can save all of NeuroMatic’s configurations in a single file (NeuroMatic > Configs > Save > All), or as individual files. Create, for example, an independent configuration file for the Stats tab (NeuroMatic > Configs > Save > Stats). Or create several configurations for the Stats tab (for different analyses) and then open the particular configuration you need at a given time.
